CleanFilter Loyalty Program Rules
1.1. The “CleanFilter” loyalty program is owned and administered by Klimtera ltd., operating through the online store CleanFilter.
1.2. The program is intended for private individuals — end customers purchasing products for personal use.
1.3. By participating in the program, customers agree to these rules and to the CleanFilter Privacy Policy.
2.1. Only registered users with an active account may participate.
2.2. To join the loyalty program, a customer must:
Create a new account or log in at CleanFilter eshop.
Agree to receive newsletters, special offers, and filter‐replacement reminders.
3.1. For each order, a customer earns 5 % of the order total as CleanFilter Cash, credited to their account.
3.2. CleanFilter Cash is calculated on the final order amount (after all discounts).
3.3. CleanFilter Cash is credited automatically within 24 hours of order payment.
3.4. No CleanFilter Cash is awarded for delivery charges.
4.1. CleanFilter Cash expires 12 months after it is credited.
4.2. Customers receive an email reminder 14 days before their CleanFilter Cash expires.
4.3. Expired CleanFilter Cash is automatically canceled and cannot be recovered.
4.4. Once canceled, CleanFilter Cash is neither reinstated nor reimbursed.
5.1. Up to 99 % of any one order may be paid with CleanFilter Cash.
5.2. Each CleanFilter Cash unit is equivalent to 1 money equivalent.
5.3. CleanFilter Cash cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
5.4. If an order is canceled or returned, any CleanFilter Cash used is not returned (unless the cancellation/return is due to a seller error).
6.1. Loyal customers may apply, in a single order:
Volume discounts (e.g. for purchasing three or more items)
A coupon or promo code
CleanFilter Cash (up to 99 % of the total)
6.2. Discounts apply in sequence (volume discount first, then coupon, then CleanFilter Cash).
6.3. Only one coupon may be used per order.
7.1. Program members automatically agree to receive emails with:
- News of promotions and special offers
- Filter‐replacement reminders (based on their last order date)
- Information on their CleanFilter Cash balance and impending expiration
7.2. A customer may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time; however, doing so will suspend their program membership and may result in loss of accumulated CleanFilter Cash.
8.1. CleanFilter reserves the right to modify the loyalty program’s terms at any time, notifying members by email or via CleanFilter webshop.
8.2. Material changes take effect 14 calendar days after publication.
8.3. The company may terminate a member’s participation if abuse is detected (e.g. fraudulent points accumulation or fictitious orders).

9.2. Customer data are used to administer the loyalty program, for communications, and for statistical analysis.
