Delivery costs

Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery service you select, the country of delivery and the quantity/weight of goods ordered.

Delivery charges will be confirmed to you, before your order is accepted.

Free delivery offers

Free delivery offers, when available, may apply to ordered goods. If your order is listed as free delivery, you won’t be charged for delivery services.

 

Shipping outside the EU

While shipping outside the EU, import charges and other custom duties and taxes may be applied.

 

Shipping to the UK

The import duty is applied for all the parcels, which value is £ 135 or over.

All goods under £ 135 are subject to VAT.

Goods over £ 135 are subject to both VAT and import duties. 

 

Parcel collection expiry

Our delivery partners send automatic email regarding the delivery of the parcel to the pickup point and whether it is available for a pickup. There is a certain period of time, depending on the delivery service (GLS, DB Schenker, Packeta, PostNord, etc.), when the parcel is available for the pick up – usually it is 5-10 days. After this time, the parcel are sent back to our priamry warehouse in Lithuania. In case of not collecting the parcel, but wishing to receive the parcel again, additional cost, of reshipping the parcel will be requested to pay (the same amount, you have paid for the shipping of your order).

 

Returns and exchanges

Cancelling your online order within the cooling off period

You have 14 days to change your mind from the day after you receive your order. You can cancel by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include in an email your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel and some contact information such as a telephone number or email address. The returned goods should be delivered to our warehouse at the address provided in cancellation email. You will be refunded for full price of returned goods, except any delivery costs. Returned goods must be unused on without any defects. The items do not need to be in their original packaging however they must be in a sellable condition.

Returning items which are incorrect or require exchange

Please clearly state in the email to [email protected] the reason for a return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Cleanfilter is only able to exchange items for the same product. The returned goods should be delivered to our warehouse at the address provided in cancellation email. Returned goods must be unused or without any defects. The items do not need to be in their original packaging however they must be in a sellable condition. You will be refunded for full price of returned goods. Delivery costs will be refunded if they are delivered due to our negligence.

Additional customs taxes and shipping costs are applied to the orders, which are being returned outside the EU.

Defective items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product.

Damages during transportation

If the package is damaged, the claim must be submitted to the delivery company representative before accepting the parcel. After sighing delivery documents all the risk of accidental damages goes to the client, except ones that could not be noticed while receiving the parcel. In that case, it is a 5 days period after receiving the parcel to make a claim.

After receiving your claim we will open a case against the delivery company for the compensation of damages.

If the claim will be granted you will have the following options:

  1. Replacement
  2. Full refund.
Defective items

Claims for the quality issues can be provided within 30 days after receiving the parcel.

You will be entitled to one of the following remedies:

  1. Within 7 days of receiving the defective item, you can choose to receive either:
  • a replacement; or
  • a full refund.
  1. If more than 30 days have passed after you received the goods, you can claim a replacement for the defective item (but not a refund).
  2. If the replacement is not possible, or if it is unsuccessful or cannot be provided to you in a reasonable time, then you can choose to either:
  • keep the defective item and claim a price reduction (the amount of the price reduction will be determined by Cleanfilter depending on what is reasonable in the circumstances); or
  • return the defective item and claim a refund (but note that if you have had the goods for more than 6 months, this refund may be reduced).

If you think you have received a defective item, please return the items back to Cleanfilter including details where possible of:

  • Your Order Number
  • Product Code/Product Name
  • Details of the fault
  • Whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement. The delivery address will be provided in an email.
  • Cleanfilter will examine the returned items and notify you of your refund or replacement via e-mail within a reasonable period.

In case of defective items, you will be compensated a full amount, including reasonable delivery costs.

Refund

We will refund within fourteen (14) days after the day Cleanfilter confirms via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund. The refund will be made to the same payment method originally used by you to make the payment (unless you have expressly agreed otherwise).
