Specific features of Mitsubishi Lossnay systems

LGH series (RVX, RVX3, RVX5)

Different filter solutions are used in Mitsubishi Lossnay LGH units. Older models use filter media sheets installed in a frame, while newer series (RVX3, RVX5) are equipped with panel or framed filters.

Due to the large filter sizes (often over 60 cm), models with foldable frames can be a practical solution where installation space is limited.

VL series (VL-50, VL-100, VL-250, VL-500)

The Mitsubishi Lossnay VL series includes wall-mounted and ducted units. In many models, filter media sheets are used as the basic filter and can be supplemented with an F7 filter where higher air pollution levels require finer filtration.

Filter media and maintenance

Mitsubishi systems often use replaceable filter media sheets. These can be vacuum cleaned periodically (2–3 times), which helps extend their service life.

After several cleaning cycles, however, the filter media should be replaced to maintain full filtration efficiency.

Panel filters are disposable and require regular replacement:

• F7 – every 4–6 months
• G4 – every 6–8 months
